Refund, Exchange And Returns
- We are committed to make your shopping experience as hassle-free and enjoyable as much as possible. Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
- Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
- Products that are on sale, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products. Product(s) can be exchanged only once in an order.
- In case the product is damaged, we request you to get in touch with us within the next 24 hours to start processing the cancellation or return. We will require a box opening video and photo of the same in order to process the request.
- In case of exchange/ return (as per our exchange policy), the customer will be responsible for handing over the parcel to the delivery agent only after completely wrapping and securing it. Please hand over the parcel only after sealing it. If we receive the parcel in an open condition, we will not be able to initiate exchange or return.
- In case of any Credit Notes issued for returns/exchanges must be used all at once within 60 days of receipt of the credit note via email.
- In case of delivery failure we will be providing refund after deducting shipment charges and 2% platform fee for prepaid orders in following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- After 2 failed delivery attempts by courier partner.
- Package refused by recipient.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are committed to maintain the highest quality standards, undertake precise quality checks and utmost care for all our deliveries. We make sure that the listed product is accurate in its description to help you find the best product/fit for you. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and in the rare instance a customer is not satisfied with the received order, we are happy to help with size related exchange.
- What is Exchange policy on CHAHETI ?
- The item(s) requested for exchange should not be damaged, used/worn, washed , altered and should be returned with all the original packing, intact tags and merchandising(if any).
- We make sure to showcase the actual colour of the clothing as closely as possible. However, owing to the difference in screen resolution/display settings of the device used by the customer and the camera lights, there may be 10-12% colour difference. So, citing colour differences won’t be an eligible criterion for exchange.
- All the orders are handcrafted and handled by humans and hence, certain variations in details or finish are inevitable. We run through multi-level quality checks before dispatching your order.
- Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
If your exchange request meets the above-mentioned exchange terms and conditions, here’s the exchange process we undertake to ensure hassle-free support:
- You can raise an exchange request within 72 hours via e-mail at support@chaheti.in.
- Once acknowledged by CHAHETI team, we will get the product picked up and initiate the exchange process. Once the product is received by us, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we dispatch the requested (new) size to you within 2-4 working days.
- How will I receive the credit for my money when desired size of the exchange product is not available?
- Can I exchange a part of my order?
Yes, you can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 72 hours of delivery.
- Can I Return my product?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at the moment. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Product once shipped would not be returned unless there’s a defect. In case of defect in your product you can email us your query within 24 hours of receiving the product. We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures. Once our team sees and approves the request, we will get the parcel picked up and process your request accordingly. - Can I cancel my order?
While placing the order, the customer agrees to accept CHAHETI’S decision regarding the cancellation as final & binding and does not dispute it under any circumstances.
The Chaheti team reserves the right to cancel or not accept certain orders due to reasons that are listed below:
- Faulty product listing/pricing.
- Non-availability of product/raw material.
- Intimation by our analytics team of any payment-related issue or any fraudulent practice etc.
In the case where prepaid orders are cancelled by us, we shall refund the complete amount of the order in their registered bank account with us. The same shall be informed to the customer via e-mail.
